    As an IT Software License Specialist, you will be responsible for driving software governance and compliance across our organization.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Analyze software usage to identify underutilized licenses and cost-saving opportunities.

    • Manage license tracking, entitlements, and usage across systems.

    • Support internal/external software audits and ensure adherence to licensing regulations.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and procurement of licenses.

    • Maintain proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management tools as well as vendor portals for seamless operations.
