    Job Title: Lead Digital Product Designer for User-Centric Solutions

    We are a dynamic and innovative company looking for a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team located in the US.

    Salary:$100,000 - $150,000 per year

    About the Job:

    We are seeking a Lead Digital Product Designer with at least 5 years of experience to lead our user-centric design efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly designs, developing wireframes, and creating prototypes for our products.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and create designs that meet business objectives.
    • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams.
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and other user-centered design techniques to inform design decisions.
    • Ensure that all designs align with industry standards and best practices for UX/UI design.
    • Work closely with development teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and design best practices to continually improve our design processes.

    Requirements:

    • English proficiency and able to work on an EST time zone.
    • At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
    • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Indesign and other related programs.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in UI/UX design and graphic design.
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and techniques.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field preferred.
