    O cargo de Especialista em Gestão de Recursos Humanos é uma oportunidade para alguém que deseja contribuir com a gestão dos recursos humanos de uma empresa. A Ocana Assessoria Contábil busca profissionais capacitados para atuar na gestão da folha de pagamento, cadastrando empresas no sistema PHOENIX e E-SOCIAL e processando admissões e cadastros de funcionários.

    Responsabilidades do Cargo

    1. Processamento da Folha de Pagamento: Responsável por realizar os cálculos e lançamentos das remunerações dos funcionários da empresa;
    2. Cadastro da Empresa no Sistema PHOENIX e E-SOCIAL: Verifica e atualiza as informações das empresas nos sistemas utilizados pela empresa;
    3. Processo de Admissão e Cadastramento do Funcionário: Realiza os procedimentos necessários para a admissão de novos funcionários, incluindo seu cadastramento no sistema utilizado pela empresa.

    Requisitos para O Cargo
