- Agile Methodologies (SCRUM)
- Experience in team leadership and demand management.
- Knowledge of product management tools, such as JIRA, Jira', Confluence, among others.
- Ability to perform & interpret team performance metrics.
- Ability to plan & coordinate agile ceremonies, such as planning meetings, review & retrospective.
- Knowledge of risk management & problem mitigation.
- Conducting all Scrum ceremonies – SoS, DSUs, Retrospectives etc.
- Creating and resolving Impediments
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation on confluence
- Maintaining all the JIRA and confluence pagesWhat can you expect from us?
