    Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for software applications.

    • Job Requirements Details:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in application support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiar with standing up software support processes and workflows
  • Can troubleshoot and/or recreate software issues, document findings in tickets and is familiar with Jira
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Oracle) are a plus
