    Prepares and concludes sourcing contracts based on customer requirements at the most beneficial conditions whilst ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Focus on business-specific Procurement.

    How to contribute to our vision

  • Engages with local OPS to identify new suppliers as required.
  • Engages with SQD Team to ensure qualification requirements are met and requests necessary qualifications (critical services vs non-critical services).
  • Ensures vendor is set-up in procurement systems (Ariba, SAP) and meets SGRE Procurement requirements.
  • Negotiates frame contracts & tariffs (including commercial & legal terms) for standard activities with suppliers as applicable and based on localized operational needs.
  • Overall responsible for manpower contractor tendering process.
  • Identifies and advises on best buying strategy based on project necessities, location, volume and technical complexity.
  • Communicates to Project Procurement Manager any budget deviations.
  • Presents an awarding strategy.
  • Agreement/contract closure with awarded suppliers.
  • Review of commercial and legal terms of the contract.
  • Supports claim management with contractor (outgoing and incoming).
  • Ensures compliance with SGRE procurement requirements.
  • Obtains sourcing board approval.
  • Ensures alignment with country specific and site-specific requirements.
  • Selects manpower suppliers to be invited to the tender based on project necessities, location, volume and technical complexity.
  • Prepares and launches tender (including commercial and technical terms).
  • Handles technical supplier requests with project member's support.
  • Reviews tender responses and requests clarification where required (including commercial assessment, review against pre-negotiated tariffs, etc.).
  • Shares technical offers with project members to align on best technical solution and/or technically disqualify suppliers for the economical phase.
  • Negotiates contractor's economical offers and reports productivity into OPW.
  • Shares with project members the economical results and present an awarding strategy.
  • Supports final decision on preferred contractors.
  • Communicates awarding decision to the suppliers.
  • Agreement/contract closure with awarded suppliers.
  • Leads supplier evaluation and ensures feedback loop with suppliers (e.g. based on KPIs).
  • What you need to make a difference

  • Experience in procurement, subcontracts management or other supply chain role with proven results
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain or equivalent experience
