    We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the HR and Operations team, you will be responsible for providing essential human resources support to our LATAM employees and clients.



    The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, HR or a related field, as well as 3 years of experience in human resources functions. A proven track record of client-facing experience, excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, strong verbal and written communication skills is also required.



    Key Responsibilities:


    • Assist with various HR tasks such as driving HR initiatives, being a trusted advisor, providing expertise in talent management, employee engagement and organizational development

    The successful candidate will report to the HR Lead and work collaboratively with other members of our organization. They must be able to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail an high level accuracy.
