- Actively engage with D&A teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges;
- Define and prioritize D&A requirements based on business value and strategic goals;
- Track the progress and impact of D&A solutions through metrics and regular reviews;
- Gather feedback and ideas from a variety of sources, including D&A teams and stakeholders;
- Define an MVP and prioritize initiatives with clear criteria, considering impact and complexity;
- Plan for execution with a detailed plan, measurable goals and continuous progress tracking;
- Establish success metrics and KPIs aligned with project objectives;
- Collect feedback regularly through open communication with stakeholders;
- Continuously learn and iterate based on feedback, prioritizing improvements and adjusting the strategy as needed. Requirements:
- Degree Required in Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering or related;
- Advanced level of Project Management Platforms (Trello, ClickUp, Asana, MS Project) and Google Workspace;
- Advanced english;
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python or related.
