    The Role:

    The Procurement Analyst ensures that all orders are being purchased, processed, and licenses are being delivered in the expected timing.

    This professional develops relationships between SoftwareONE and our preferred vendors to ensure we're always working with the best conditions and providing a good service to our clients.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

      ">
    • Contact with the Global Service delivery Centers (GSDC).
    • Contact with current vendors to remove blockers from order processing.
    • Develop and maintain exceptional consultative relationships with existing vendors.
    • Work collaboratively with our Sales team to improve SLAs on opportunities.
    • Manage day-to-day backoffice requests.
    • Develop strong knowledge of leading procurement activities through ongoing training with software publishers.
    • Act as key resource for leading the procurement activities on the best way possible.
    • Achieve quality benchmarks, including minimum number of credit memos and rework.
    • Drive proactive process improvements and project ideas.
    • Manage daily GSDC activities (Mexico and India operational team).
    • Closely work with other areas of SoftwareONE: Financial, Commercial, Treasury, Backoffice.
    • Manage the flow of all opened Multivendor POs and SCOs on the system.
    • Track order billing flow.
    • Track license purchasing and license delivery flow.
    • Create reports to ensure that all documents are received and posted as expected.
    • Follow up with vendors to make sure they respect the SLAs and SoftwareONE agreed terms.
    • Create materials for Knowledge support and consulting activities.
    • Maintain the quality of the materials shared with the internal team (smartsheet dashboards, Manuals, tutorials, etc.).
    • Process any exception order that is out of GSDC scope.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

    • Knowledge of operational policies and procedures; procurement techniques; and developing and maintaining long-term operational expertise.
    • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations for improvement; research and solve complex, multi-faceted problems; work independently and show initiative; maintain a positive attitude; handle large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines; adapt to and embrace change in a rapidly changing environment; lead and mentor by example; maintain and promote good vendor relations, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Skilled in relationship building; verbal and written communication; problem-solving; researching vendor and product information; planning, scheduling, and organizing work; multitasking; and time management.

    Qualifications:

    • 6 months to 1 year of experience in any of the following: Professional sales, Backoffice, Procurement experience.
    • English advanced or fluent.
    • General understanding of technology solutions.
    • Highly motivated and results-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Detail-oriented with ability to break down projects into smaller tasks.
