- KPI's coordination work closely leadership identify SSO develop required capabilities skills train support leaders IWS implementation including pillar activation development strategy cascading processes other systems connected IWS required Be responsible training leadership local team Cell Leader Process Leader Maintenance Leader Ensure continuous improvement technical knowledge transversal competencies communicating training needs evaluation results other leaders involved
- PRT & Pillar Activation Plan oversee rollout RTT site lines departments Lead RTT training system coaching events Support factory leadership trainer engagement throughout IWS implementation Ensure that DMS activated DDS conducted global standards
- People Management Recruitment engagement guidance professional technical development teams reporting directly indirectly role
