    Are you a skilled professional with hands-on experience in U.S. medical billing or insurance processes? We're seeking candidates to work remotely with our network of healthcare clients, assisting them with reliable billing and insurance support.

    This is not an entry-level customer service role; we're looking for specialists who understand payer systems, CPT and ICD-10 coding fundamentals, and can manage both front-end and back-end revenue cycle responsibilities.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Verify patient insurance eligibility and provide detailed benefits breakdowns.
    • OBTAIN PRIOR AUTHORIZATIONS AND REFERRALS IN A TIMELY MANNER.
    • SUBMIT MEDICAL CLAIMS ACCURATELY AND ON TIME TO ENSURE SEAMLESS PAYMENT PROCESSING.
