The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for providing human resources support to our team members and clients in the LATAM region.

About the Role:

• Assist with various HR tasks, including driving initiatives, being a trusted advisor, and providing expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

This position is vital for executing people initiatives and delivering excellent internal customer support. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Work as an integral part of the HR Operations team contributing to the company's strategy through regular meetings with other departments.  
2. Work closely with LATAM HR People Partner to build relationships with employees through 1-on-1 meetings identifying anticipate resolve conflicts maintaining positive atmosphere teams while coordinating day-to-day lifecycle functions
