Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Linux Server Professional to enhance our operations services.

This is a senior-level position that requires extensive experience with Linux and Unix, as well as public Cloud, to support Professional Services.

• Participate in critical incident handling, troubleshoot service request failures, downtime extensions, and long-running ongoing incidents for a customer.
• Provide timely responses during escalations, take proactive steps to avoid escalations, and identify initiatives to improve operation and stability for the customer system.
• Drive initiatives to standardize and simplify server operations.
• Analyze root-causes of failures (if known) in achieving KPIs and define a corrective action plan with well-defined mitigation steps.

You will collaborate with various teams, coordinate work between units within and outside Enterprise Cloud Service units, and streamline standard operating procedures by focusing on automation enhancements.
