    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Search Senior Associate.

    This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in research, consulting, finance, tech, or recruiting, and who have experience working in or recruiting for the Technology or Financial Services industries.

    As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting structured research, building and managing candidate pipelines, and leading candidate scoring and initial assessments.

    You will also support end-to-end recruiting for select mid-level searches, including building candidate pipelines, conducting first-round screens, and preparing concise candidate summaries and search updates.

    In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist with business development support, researching companies, markets, and potential clients, and building prospect lists and market intelligence.

    The ideal candidate will possess advanced English language skills, with native Portuguese proficiency and Spanish being a strong plus. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, and 3-7+ years of experience in a relevant field is highly desirable.

    Location: Brazil remote, with a preference for São Paulo, SP.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct structured research and build candidate pipelines for senior level searches
    • Lead candidate scoring and initial assessments
    • Support end-to-end recruiting for select mid-level searches
    • Assist with business development support, researching companies, markets, and potential clients
