- Be accountable for achieving the Industrial Software Brazil trade bookings;
- Drive the creation of a customer targeting plan and robust sales pipeline that efficiently identifies, qualifies, and converts leads to orders;
- Be responsible for the development, execution, and operationalization of the Industrial Software sales strategy in Brazil;
- Run a monthly forecasting cadence to provide visibility to leadership of sales pipeline status and plan to achieve target bookings, as well as upside and downside risks to achieving targets;
- Manage DOA (Financial and Operational Delegation of Authority)and Support the DOA process with the Business Unit ́s Leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Mechanical, mechatronic or electrical engineering);
- Minimum 10 years' experience in managing quota carrying software (perpetual and subscription based) and/or services sales teams with demonstrated achievements;
- Experience in net recurrent revenue (NRR) and annual recurrent revenue (ARR), GCV and ACV based forecasting, funnel management, sales, and quota accomplishment;
- Advanced skills in strategic and value selling, including C level relations;
- Up to 75% travel required;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish a plus
