Linux System Operations Expert

We are seeking an experienced Linux system operations expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Linux and Unix systems, as well as experience with public cloud platforms.

This role involves providing level 3 support for customers, participating in major incident handling, and troubleshooting service request failures. The successful candidate will be able to analyze root causes of failures, define corrective action plans, and coordinate work between teams.

The position requires strong technical skills, including administration of Linux OS/Windows and infrastructure customer issues, as well as experience with scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, Python, and Go. Knowledge of server automation tools like Ansible and Chef is also essential.

In addition to technical expertise, the candidate should have good analytical and solution-oriented thinking, excellent communication skills, and experience in safeguarding customer relationships.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related professional experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technologies Management
• Fluency in English
