- Design or verify the configuration of racking and attachment systems
- Perform load analysis to ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and expected performance over a 25-year system life
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline (Civil or Structural Engineering preferred)
- Professional accreditation or licensure in their home country (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in technical analysis and structural design tools is a plus but not required
