    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess experience with IGA tools, specifically One Identity Manager, and have proficiency in VB.NET development.

    A strong understanding of database management, particularly SQL Server, is also essential. Experience with API development, Web development using Angular, and knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS are all valuable assets.

    The selected candidate will be responsible for serving as the focal point for IAM management, handling customer calls, performing environment management activities, and making adjustments to pre-determined processes in customer checklists.

    In addition, they will be responsible for controlling customer landscapes, administering and maintaining system parameters, and resolving complex technical issues through problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

    This role requires a deep comprehension of Active Directory functionality, including groups, permissions, and security policies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Focal point for IAM management and receiving customer calls;
    • Perform customer environment management activities;
    • Make adjustments to pre-determined processes in customer checklists;
    • Control customer landscapes;
    • Administration and maintenance of system parameters;

    Requirements:

    • Experience/certification with IGA tools (preferably One Identity Manager);
    • Relevant certifications will be an advantage;
    • Proficiency in VB.NET development;
    • Experience with .NET Framework;
    • Proficiency with databases, preferably SQL Server;
    • Knowledge in query optimization and data modeling;
    • Experience in API development;
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and system integration;
    • Experience with Web development, notably Angular;
    • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS;
    • Understanding of Active Directory functionality;
    • Comprehension of groups, permissions, and security policies;
    • Problem-solving skills and critical thinking;
    • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues;

    Salary:

    $85,000 - $110,000 per year
