- Analyse large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to support business initiatives and strategic projects.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and quality checks.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior data analysts.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with statistical analysis and modelling techniques.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Familiarity with Cube Dev as a platform is a plus.
