    Details of the role:

    Sales Coverage Support is responsible for supporting the sales team in their client facing activities. Work includes:

    Working with the Sales team to clarify the support required

    Supporting in the resolution of the most complex issues and direct the handling of the most sensitive client support interactions

    Ensuring adherence to applicable internal policies and external legal/regulatory frameworks

    Partnering with sales coverage team, origination, trading, client services, operations staff and with other business areas to both gather information and direct client enquiries

    Your key responsabilities:

    Support Relationship Management teams on completion of KYC related subjects incl. new client adoptions / periodic reviews / event driven reviews and responsibility for the coordination of KYC related tasks assigned to the Relationship Managers for a given client portfolio.

    Effective Client Perimeter Management by supporting Relationship Managers on feedback actions relating to KYC and portfolio reviews including monitoring of pipeline and cases at risk of being overdue/offboarded.

    Acting as a dedicated Corporate Coverage team representative for coordination with the central KYC Business Execution Teams on KYC-related portfolio monitoring activities.

    Preparation of KYC cases for review in full adherence with Deutsche Bank's Know Your Client Global Policy, Global KYC Key Operating Standards and any applicable local addenda.

    Working effectively with key stakeholders to facilitate completion of KYC-related tasks using strong influencing skills to ensure the mutually satisfactory resolution of key issues and that the respective responsibilities are understood, agreed, and escalated where required.

    Support Relationship Managers on the AAR, ENPR and due diligence questionnaires incl. coordinating supporting materials.

    Interact with various locations globally (including outsourced functions where applicable) in case of incoming KYC-related requests based on sound understanding of DB's global policies and operating principles as well as clients' respective situation.

    Work closely with different stakeholders (Sales, Coverage and Product Management teams) on project related tasks e.g. billing.

    Liaise closely with global & regional Cash Management Implementation, Sales, Product Management, and service teams in a dynamic global environment to meet client needs.

    Business Implementation tasks, including management and archiving of Bank mandates.

    Subject Mater Expert on Cash Management billing systems, including activation.

    Your skills and experiences:

    Experience from a Client Service or Product Implementation or Operations perspective preferably in Corporate Cash Management.

    Service driven attitude, strong client focus, and empathy towards clients.

    Ability to manage inquiries timely and accurately, following up to ensure client satisfaction.

    Experienced accounts' daily activity management helpful.

    Proficiency with software such as Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint

    Works collaboratively within the organization, as well as independently.

    Candidates with bachelor or equivalent work experience

    Demonstrate good language and communication skills (English and Portuguese).
