    Summary

    We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst | Tableau who will serve as both a functional and technical partner to the business. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, defining KPIs, and designing robust Tableau dashboards using advanced calculations and Level of Detail (LOD) expressions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, business-focused, and capable of building scalable reporting solutions from scratch. This position requires strong stakeholder engagement skills and deep expertise in Tableau development.

    Job Description

    • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements, define success metrics, and establish actionable KPIs.
    • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Tableau dashboards from scratch using complex calculations and advanced LOD expressions.
    • Translate business questions into scalable data models, visualizations, and performance-driven analytics solutions.
    • Create calculated fields, parameters, filters, and data blending solutions to support dynamic reporting needs.
    • Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency of insights.
    • Optimize dashboard performance through efficient data modeling and query tuning.
    • Present findings and insights to business leaders, translating technical outputs into clear, actionable recommendations.
    • Continuously enhance reporting frameworks by identifying automation opportunities and implementing best practices in BI development.

    Requirements

    • 3–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics with strong Tableau development expertise.
    • Demonstrated experience creating dashboards from scratch using complex calculations and LOD expressions.
    • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into measurable KPIs and reporting solutions.
    • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and large datasets.
    • Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and performance optimization techniques.
    • Ability to balance technical execution with business-facing communication and stakeholder management.
    • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
