Our client, a leading iGaming provider seeks an experienced Account Manager in LATAM. Key responsibilities include managing client interactions, driving customer engagement and working closely with internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for partners providing ongoing support resolving account-related issues.
• Drive the successful launch of new game titles by actively promoting upcoming releases securing optimal placement within partners' casino lobbies.
• Monitor partner activity analyzing player numbers betting volumes gameplay frequency performance trends identifying opportunities for growth or additional support.
