    Job Title

    We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to drive business decisions.

    About the Role

    You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical models that help answer crucial business questions such as:

    • How are the drivers performing?
    • What are the key patterns in fleet expenses?
    • What is the impact of fleet management decisions on our KPIs?

    Responsibilities and Deliverables

    • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to track key business metrics.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of fleet operations data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
    • Create and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and analytical processes.
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis and present findings to various stakeholders.
    • Monitor data quality and implement processes to ensure data accuracy.
    • Support data-driven decision making by providing regular insights and recommendations.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field.
    • Experience in data analysis, preferably in logistics or fleet management.
    • Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and analysis.
    • Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Metabase, or similar).
    • Experience with Athena AWS for data analysis.
    • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and ability to present complex data in an understandable way.
    • Understanding of basic statistical concepts and their practical applications.
    • Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Organized and detail-oriented, without losing track of the big picture.

    Salary

    $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
