    A Lincolnelectric busca profissional experiente em desenvolver e implementar políticas e procedimentos de saúde, segurança do trabalho e meio ambiente.

    Responsabilidades:

    • Desenvolver e implementar políticas e procedimentos de saúde, segurança do trabalho e meio ambiente em conformidade com as leis e regulamentações locais e internacionais;
    • Eliminar ou reduzir áreas de periculosidade e auxiliar na redução da exposição a insalubridade, conforme legislação vigente;
    • Organizar e desenvolver programas de treinamento para funcionários sobre os riscos de acidentes e doenças ocupacionais;
    • Fornecer suporte técnico e orientação aos funcionários e supervisores sobre questões relacionadas à saúde, segurança e meio ambiente;
    • Realizar auditorias e análises periódicas para garantir compliance com normas e regulamentos;
    • Trabalhar em conjunto com departamentos de operações e gerenciamento para implementar soluções eficazes de controle de riscos;
    • Desenvolver relatórios e documentação para registrar progressos e melhorias na área de saúde, segurança e meio ambiente.

    Requisitos:

    • Título de Especialista em Higiene e Segurança do Trabalho (EHS) ou equivalente;
    • Mínimo 5 anos de experiência em área de saúde, segurança e meio ambiente;
    • Conhecimento amplo das leis e regulamentações locais e internacionais relacionadas à saúde, segurança e meio ambiente;
    • Habilidades analíticas e comunicativas excelentes;
    • Experiência em liderança e gestão de equipes;
    • Solucionador de problemas ágil e flexível;
    • Baixo perfil de absentismo.
    • Certificação internacional em EHS é um diferencial.
    • Noções básicas de Excel e Word são necessárias.
