We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global People Strategy team.The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the EMEA and particularly the Eastern European talent market and is experienced in leading full-cycle recruitment processes, with a focus on engaging passive candidates.
The role involves sourcing, building diverse talent pipelines, and ensuring an inclusive recruitment process,
- Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for assigned roles.
- Locate and engage passive candidates using various sourcing techniques, supporting both current and future hiring needs.
