    About the role

    This position is responsible for Floor Plan, Lease Rental and Loans credit lines management as a leadership, mitigate risk, protect GMF assets and avoid losses, managing the commercial customers portfolio, assuring deadlines compliment over controls and leadership processes, formalization and update of Floor Plan, Lease Rental and Loans agreements/documents/securities, ensuring that credit review contingencies are feasible/relevant to grant credit, monitoring customers performance through balance sheet, P&L, cash flow and other sources such as Brazilian Central Bank / Credit Bureau, preparing/participating/presenting meetings with Customers, GMB, CLC and Sales teams providing a high level of service. As a leadership this position is also responsible to work closely the team, encouraging, engaging, developing people, following up performance and providing timely feedback.

    What you need

  • Business, Economy or Accounting;
  • English – advanced reading and writing and intermediary speaking;
  • Professional experience in Captive Bank.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience to analyze company's financial figures based on financial statements;
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office mainly Excel – Macro and VB is a plus;
  • Ethical profile demonstrating discretion due to handling of sensitive data;
  • Priority management and multitasking capabilities;
  • Proactivity, dynamism, capacity to work under pressure.
  • What you will be doing

  • Supporting the Sales Team on business development while ensuring the appropriate risk-return adjustments, acting as a liaison among Dealers, Sales and Risk;
  • Supporting the Team on the advisory and support of Dealers/Lease Rental customers in the development of business plans and floor plan related procedures;
  • Providing recommendations for permanent and temporary increases in credit lines to the Top Approval Authority;
  • Oversight and approval of credit line changes in the respective GMB/GMF systems;
  • Ensuring Credit Review Contingencies are feasible/relevant to grant credit;
  • Ensuring proper formalization of agreements/contracts/securities with the support of Legal Department;
  • Preparing/participating in meetings to present credit review results for Dealers and Lease Rental customers;
  • Participating in meetings with GMB to talk about Dealers;
  • Presenting GMF Leadership in monthly Risk & Opportunity Meetings and Risk Scorecard meetings;
  • Proposing and implementing process improvements, be engaged to innovate and promote the use of the technology to automatize the processes;
  • Following policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
