with a proven ability to deliver business process and IT solutions in energy trading, this role will provide you with an opportunity to shape a greenfield ETRM implementation.
Your Impact:
As a
Functional Requirements Analyst
you will be aligned to a specific commodity (Power, Gas or Environmental Products) and/or a specific functional area (for example, Front, Middle or Back-Office).
Joining at the start of this ambitious programme you would work with the BA lead and business and IT stakeholders to fulfill the BA role over the full project life cycle, from scoping/requirements gathering through working with developers and testers to running user acceptance testing.

you will also configure elements of the solution in the system.
Your role will vary depending on the specific area of expertise, however typically you would perform the following day to day activities:
Responsible for gathering business requirements for the end to end trading process supporting the development of technology initiatives;Planning, delivery, and assurance of your workstreams business analysis deliverablesDriving and managing scope and design for a workstream, including assessing the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of various solution optionsPoint of escalation for issues within your workstreamCoaching and mentoring of the wider business analysis teamGenerating innovative approaches to existing problems or new opportunitiesStakeholder management - building relationships with key stakeholders, keeping them informed and managing expectationsSupporting other BA's with less Endur experience
Your Skills & Experience:
Experience in the Energy, Oil, and Gas sectorsDeep knowledge on Energy Trading process, Broader understanding of full life cycle of a deal will be added +Senior-level Business Analyst/Functional Analyst, with deep knowledge on for gathering business requirements.
