    The Opportunity:
    Amaris Consulting is seeking a Manager with a flair for B2B sales to join our São Paulo team.

    This role is designed for a professional who is eager to develop their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and contribute to the expansion of our business in one of the world's most bustling economic hubs.


    Your Role:
    Engage with potential business clients to establish and grow long-term relationships.
    Understand client needs and tailor solutions from our portfolio to address their challenges.
    Collaborate with senior management to refine sales strategies and approaches for the local market.
    Participate in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
    Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and best practices.
    Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
    Represent Amaris Consulting at industry events, contributing to our brand's presence in the São Paulo business community.

    Play an active role in the recruitment process for consultants, ensuring the attraction and selection of top-tier talent to support business growth.


    Candidate Profile Who You Are:

    Qualifications:
    Experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    Strong understanding of sales techniques and the B2B sales environment.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    Proficiency in Portuguese and English; additional language skills are a plus.
    A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    Based in São Paulo Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
