Desenvolver atividades relacionadas à supervisão e precificação de embarques e serviços relacionado ao agenciamento de carga, voltada para o segmento de Industrial Projects, trabalhando em conjunto com outras áreas, almejando a satisfação do cliente, a melhoria contínua e o desenvolvimento da empresa.
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES Análise crítica do pedido de cotação enviado pelo cliente / vendedor ou escritório do exterior; Estruturar solicitação de orçamento para envio aos prestadores de serviços; Análise de tarifa para certificação de escopo coberto e negociação de valores junto aos fornecedores e agentes / escritórios exterior; Criação de proposta comercial com todos valores, termos e condições para a execução do serviço; Follow up junto aos clientes, vendedores e agentes; Solicitação de arquivamento de fretes / tarifas; Envio SI completa para o time operacional; Revisão de valores em caso de alteração de carga ou escopo; Atualização e controle KPI ́s; Atualização e controle cadastro de clientes e fornecedores; Atualização tarifários; Negociação de BID ́s; Certificar-se que os procedimentos de qualidade e compliance estão sendo cumpridos nos processos abertos assim como os procedimentos estabelecidos em SOP; Manter SOP atualizada; Conhecimentos desejável na área de Energy Solutions; Executar outras atividades inerentes e correlatas ao cargo; REQUISITOS Formação Superior Completa; Inglês intermediário ou avançado.
Espanhol intermediário (desejável, não mandatório).
