Financial Operations Manager

The primary goal of this position is to manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, cash flow tracking, and crypto/stablecoin fund movements. This includes maintaining detailed records of all virtual asset activities to ensure compliance with internal audit and legal standards. Additionally, the role involves liaising with accounting firms for bookkeeping, document preparation, SPED filings, tax submissions (IRPJ, CSLL), PIS/COFINS filings as well as ISS.

This person will be responsible for collecting data required for regulatory reporting from Receita Federal to the Central Bank of Brazil using comprehensive software systems such as SISCOSERV,
