    Role Overview



    We are seeking an experienced software professional to lead our development team and drive the delivery of complex industrial applications.



    Key Responsibilities:



    • Drive cross-boundary architectural decisions to ensure seamless integration between backend, frontend, and data engineering components.

    • Enforce high standards across the stack through code reviews and mentorship of senior developers.

    • Mentor senior engineers in designing scalable solutions for real-time physics, structured knowledge, and autonomous intelligence.

    • Collaborate with DevOps engineers to deploy applications across hybrid cloud (AWS/Azure) and edge (K3s) environments while ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.

     

    Qualifications:


    • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with over 10 years of experience in software engineering. At least 5+ years leading technical teams is required. A deeper understanding of Python backend development along with expertise in streaming technologies such as Kafka or Flink will be advantageous.
    • A strong background in system architecture design coupled with solid communication skills will contribute towards meeting this role's requirements effectively.
