- Work with Product and Engineering teammates to design solutions to customer problems/opportunities, leading end-to-end design (from concept through delivery)
- Propose and advocate for smart design phasing and tradeoff decisions, helping the team move quickly and leverage real customer research and feedback
- Lead visual communication of our product and vision in all contexts, e.g. marketing/sales
- Skilled at leveraging interaction and visual design principles to quickly prototype intuitive user experiences, effectively incorporating user needs and balancing competing priorities and constraints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including sharing the "why" behind your design decisions
- Excited about visually communicating our product and vision end-to-end in all contexts, including marketing/sales
- Comfort in a fast-paced and exploratory product development environment
- Curiosity, positivity, and a growth mindset
- 2+ years product design experience
