We're seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Specialist to support our clients in Argentina and Brazil. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity for an individual with strong communication skills and experience in guest services, relocation or customer service environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their temporary accommodation stay.
• Manage and resolve guest-reported maintenance and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Process client extension requests accurately and efficiently.

This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams remotely. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, professional via phone/email communication.
The successful Guest Experience Specialist will contribute to delivering exceptional end-to-end guest experiences ensuring high standards are consistently met.
