AI Infrastructure Engineer

Our latest innovation is Appointwise 2.0, a visual node-based platform enabling businesses to architect complex behavior beyond simple chatbots.

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer who will be the technical architect for our clients. This role requires expertise in debugging complex logic flows and building agents live on Zoom to demonstrate capabilities. You will also troubleshoot implementation blockers instantly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise & Standard Support: Manage support across all client tiers while handling complex custom implementations for Enterprise clients and providing efficient day-to-day troubleshooting for standard users.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve logic errors, infinite loops, and variable configuration issues within our node-based builder using back-end logs/systems.
