Job Role Summary (Job Description):Support of End-To

• End API Lifecycle Platforms.

This includes the platforms operations, develop and maintain CI/CD pipeline, automation development/maintenance and customer consulting.


Job Role Responsibilities:


1. Operate API Platforms running in Containers technology (Openshift), including maintenance, troubleshooting and administration
2. implement and maintain automations for platform operations including platform self-service portal
3. Customer support for questions and troubleshooting
4. Design/maintain/implement API DevOps platform which covers areas such as build, deployment, test, SDLC orchestration, environment management, monitoring, and production release procedures.
5. Design, craft and unit test an API solution ensuring that it's low in technical debt and designed and coded with cyber security in mind.
6. Deliver reliable, secure and efficient APIs/services, that are intuitive and easy to use by other developers.
7. Ensure APIs in platform compile with all XOM API security best practice.
Expected Level of Proficiency (Technical Skills):
1. Experience with MuleSoft, Containers (preferably OpenShift) and monitoring environment
2. Cloud Concepts
3. Networking (Network topology, protocols, firewalls, authentication mechanism, security)
4. Programming skills (.NET)
5. Technical Analysis & Problem solving skills
6. Basic understanding on DevOps solutions/concept.


Expected Soft Skills:


1. Must speak, read and write English fluently
2. Work in a global team and interface with contacts from different regions and cultures

Adaptability to time pressure and priorities change
Nice to have:

1. Experience with cloud implementations in Azure and/or AWS.
2. Experience with other programming languages (JAVA, Python).
