    Contract Attorney – LATAM Procurement (Portuguese & English Speaking)

    Remote | LATAM | Full-time | 12-Month Contract

    Eudia is partnering with a global, market-leading organization in the agribusiness and commodities sector to support its LATAM legal operations. We are seeking a mid-level Contract Attorney with strong procurement experience to join a high-volume, fast-paced contracts team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

    This role focuses on procurement and transportation-related agreements, supporting business stakeholders across LATAM. The successful candidate will work primarily in Portuguese, with the ability to communicate confidently in English in a regional and global environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Contract triage and intake
    • Review, redline, and negotiate procurement contracts (standard templates and third-party paper)
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counterparties
    • Prepare clear summary comments on negotiated terms
    • Populate and maintain contract templates
    • Manage contract intake and workflows using Onit or similar contract management systems

    Scope of Work

    • ~58% Procurement Contract Templates (CPT – no master agreement)
    • ~16% CPT Master Agreements
    • ~26% General Procurement Agreements
    • (All agreements fall within procurement, including transportation-related contracts.)

    Requirements

    • Qualified lawyer in Brazil, with a Brazilian law license and legal training completed in Brazil
    • Mid-level legal experience in procurement, commercial, or contracts-focused roles
    • Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken); all contracts and negotiations are conducted in Portuguese
    • Professional working proficiency in English
    • Strong knowledge of local procurement workflows in Brazil/LATAM
    • Experience reviewing and negotiating procurement or commercial agreements
    • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools (Onit experience preferred)
