    Role Summary:

Suas principais funções incluem coletar, validar e atualizar dados, padronizar informações, identificar e resolver problemas, colaborar com equipes interdepartamentais, gerar relatórios e análises, além de garantir a conformidade e segurança dos dados.     Responsibilities:

    You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
    • Maintain employee payroll records accurately and in a timely manner in SAP by complying with the Service Level Agreement, mutually agreed with the Business Groups.
    • Attend to and process customer enquiries and requests by applying HR standard operating procedures and utilizing problem solving skills for resolution.
    • Work in collaboration with other team members to establish and maintain a confidential and sensitive work environment, focusing on customer service by handling all customer requests in a professional manner.
    • Clear all outstanding service request tickets as assigned by the Team Lead / Function Lead by attending to the request immediately once it is assigned to individuals in the assignee group.
    • Verify and resolve employee payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing individual employee information and confirm discrepancies with Business Group HR counterparts and alert the Team Lead / Function Lead.
    • Contribute to the operational process improvement activity by providing support to the Team Lead / Function Lead in any continuous improvement initiatives.

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
    • A degree in the related job field.
    • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
    • Willing to relocate to the job location.
