As Technical Support Engineer Level 3 – Wintel/VMWare you will proactively respond to technical challenges within Managed Services environments delivering continual service improvement over the whole lifecycle including implementation supporting maintenance decommissioning ensuring business operations continuity.

You will work closely with WINTEL Team Lead migrating new customers into managed service environments implementing refreshed solutions managing monitoring improving hosted customer environments identifying resolving root causes ensuring availability striving for continuous service improvement contributing proactive new service development delivering high-performance culture teamwork focus quality up-to-date documentation exists arrangements.
