We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced manager to lead our Brazilian team and manage the day-to-day operations of the subsidiary.

• MISSIONS

Manage, implement and plan agricultural trials following Good Experimentation Practices (GEP), according to protocols/study plans, procedures.

Analyze the research data and write the reports.

Identify new commercial opportunities and establish relationships with organizations and local partners.

• QUALIFICATIONS

Agricultural engineer or equivalent, with proven experience in field experimentation and related data management.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Good planning, work organization, and project management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Fluency in English or Spanish is required.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
