The Sr.

Financial Analyst role will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that optimize the performance of the supply chain.

What You Will Do The Sr.
Financial Analyst may be responsible for the following: General Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and quarterly close activities
• Lead financial forecasting and ensuring clear understanding of results vs plan
• Work with stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop plans to realize them
• Influence financial strategies that optimize the performance of the supply chain
• Partner with finance leadership to give insights into financial performance
• Identify areas for process improvement across supply chain
• Analyze and report on supply chain performance metrics
• Ensure that financial processes are compliant with all relevant regulations and accounting standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial considerations are integrated into supply chain decision-making processes What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications
• A minimum of a bachelor's Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting or Engineering/Business Management
• 4-6 years of experience
• Cost and Inventory accounting experience
• Strong financial modeling skills
• The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• The ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements Desired Qualifications
• Experience with systems mainly SAP / Microsoft office / Business Intelligence Tools
• Experience as Finance or related business partner
• Advanced English is preferred (Spanish is a plus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
