### Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying high-signal opportunities before they hit the mainstream radar. This involves dissecting early-stage protocols, connecting with founders in Brazil and beyond, and feeding high-quality deal flow into our global investment committee.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

* Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
* Strong network of developers and builders in Brazil who trust you
* Intellectual honesty - willing to kill your own favorite deal if data shows it's bad
* Combination of BD manager networking skills and mathematician-level analytical rigor
