We are seeking a Courier Paid Marketing and Recruiting Specialist to drive rider acquisition through targeted paid marketing campaigns and strategic recruitment initiatives.
+Responsibilities
- Designing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to attract potential couriers in designated markets.
- Collaborating with local teams to tailor recruitment strategies to regional needs and cultural nuances.
- Managing recruitment funnels from lead generation to onboarding readiness ensuring compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in paid marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads) & recruitment operations preferably in the gig economy or logistics.
