- Liderar o planejamento, assim como organizar e monitorar as atividades da operação logística.
- Garantir o cumprimento de todas as Instruções de Trabalho (IT's) da operação.
- Garantir que todos os itens de check lists de operações para todos os processos que tenham essa ferramenta esteja de acordo com as normas da Cia.
- Controlar recursos da operação.
- Gerar relatórios com dados para manter indicadores (KPIs) atualizados.
- Monitorar indicadores de performance do setor alocando os recursos para que as entregas individuais dos colaboradores sejam positivas, a fim de garantir a entrega do negócio.
- Delegar e orientar a equipe de acordo com a função e capacidade de cada colaborador de forma a otimizar as potencialidades de cada um.
- Garantir um ambiente de desenvolvimento de equipe dentro da operação; tais como, fornecer direcionamento e feedbacks construtivos, dentre outras atitudes correlatas.
- Promover o engajamento dos colaboradores fornecendo uma visão ampla das atividades para que todos da equipe
- estejam cientes do resultado final.
- Trabalhar de acordo com normas e procedimentos de meio ambiente, saúde, segurança e qualidade.
