Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a scheduling coordinator. As part of this role, you will be responsible for setting appointments with leads, managing communication through various channels, and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday. You will be working closely with clients in the US time zone (8:30am - 5:00pm EST), but can live outside the country provided you have a strong understanding of American culture.
