Main responsibilities of this position:

• Receiving requests via exclusive email for Intercompany;
• Sending Intercompany proposals;
• Implementation of neworders for equipment/spare parts and requests via ERP (DataSul);
• Creation of order mirror via ERP (DataSul) for Intercompany processes;
• Link between the FrontLine and BackLine teams to exchange documentation;
• Support for managing proposals and orders between sales, budgets and contracts areas;
• Access to portals andposts of customer proposals;
• User of a specific management tool for entry and exit of proposals;
• Maintenance of KPIs in the Application and Budgets department.
• Participation in follow-up meetings between sales, budgets and contracts areas;Skills:Analytical Thinking, Employee Health and Safety, Good Communication, Organization;Competencies:Accountability, Safety and Skill for approach to Customer;Desirable:ERP Totvs (Datasul)

Education:
Graduation in Administration or similar field;Language:English (mandatory) and Spanish (Desirable)
