Appointment Setter - Fully Remote

About the Job:

You will be responsible for setting appointments with leads, responding to text messages in a timely manner, booking clients into appointments, making phone calls and asking qualifying questions. You will work on tasks provided by us including but not limited to appointment setting. Full training is given.

This role requires commitment of 8:30am – 5:00pm New York Time (with a 30-minute break) Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week plus occasional overtime. A good understanding of American culture and strong English skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set appointments with leads via text message system
• Making phone calls and ask qualifying questions
• Managing multiple priorities in an organized manner
