HR Business Partner

In this role, you will be a critical part of the Global HR Team, providing both strategic and tactical HR support for XSYS employees in LATAM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations and Strategic Partnerships

You will build relationships with management throughout the region to support their staffing needs. You will also answer employee concerns and respond to questions. Additionally, you will develop policies that enhance the workplace.

• Payroll & Benefits

You are responsible for administering payroll accurately on time managing benefits programs responding to inquiries about these topics ensuring compliance across all companies operating in LATAM assisting audits maintaining records coordinating with vendors handling various projects assigned by Global HR improving employee experience worldwide.
