- Lead the execution of Marketing Strategy focused on customer acquisition, using the global strategy as a starting point and adapting as needed for the Brazilian market;
- Lead the local team of Marketing Specialists and Content Specialists ;
- Execute marketing projects spear-heading the team of Content and Marketing Specialists, as well as in collaboration with other marketing team members in Brazil;
- Oversee all campaigns and programs , choosing the best channels and tactics to build the network of prospects and customers;
- Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing/WhatsApp strategy focused on audience development with the ultimate goal of customer acquisition;
- Cooperate closely with the Head of Sales to achieve pipeline goals;
- Extensive experience with extraordinary achievements in planning and execution of marketing projects (online and offline) with a strong focus on customer acquisition (preferably in a SaaS company);
- Substantial experience as a team lead ;
- Advanced English to smoothly communicate in an international environment;
- Proven track record of implementing and developing email/WhatsApp marketing strategies;
- A mindset of building for scale, with a data-driven approach to marketing;
- Solid analytical, execution, and problem-solving skills, all with a metrics-driven mindset;
- A knack for building and executing plans at a fast pace to explore growth opportunities;
- Experience with a variety of Marketing Automation platforms;
- Experience with Hubspot;
- Previously worked at an international company.
