Quality Assurance and Test Automation, Mobile/Web apps development, VR/AR systems development, Data Science and AI.We're seeking aData Engineering Managerto oversee and guide a team of data engineers in delivering high-quality products and features punctually and within budget.

This position demands robust technical proficiency equivalent to that of a Staff Engineer, coupled with adept management abilities to enhance team performance, promote collaboration, and facilitate effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

Management Skills:
Lead performance management activities including performance reviews, development plans/goals, and providing regular feedback to team members.
Conduct effective 1:1 meetings and facilitate clear team communications to foster a culture of engagement and collaboration.
Delegate work effectively, leveraging the strengths of direct reports and identifying mentors to address skill gaps.


Mandatory requirements:

• At least 1+ year managing software or data teams
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a data engineer
• Deep understanding of data engineering principles, including data ingestion and datawarehousing
• Strong skills in critical thinking, decisionmaking, problemsolving, and attention to detail
• Proven success in an Agile development environment
• Strong written and oral communication ability with excellent interpersonal skillsTech stack:
