Responsibilities

• Develop Business Leaders through indirect management and field presence, seeking to increase results, generating prosperity for your sector and the network.
• Identify the aspirations and individual skills of your network, forming successors and facilitating the process of ascension of your network through the growth plan.
• Be an example of action in your region and provide prosperity, belonging, and purpose to your network.

Qualifications

• Higher education complete;
• Skills in Office Package or Google Workspace;
• Skills with digital tools, tablets, and smartphones;
• Previous experience in people management and functions that require negotiation and decision-making;
• Possess a Driver's License category 'B' and availability to drive;
• Reside or have availability to fix residence in Cruzeiro do Sul/AC
• Availability for trips.
